There is a built in quiry system that allows you to pull reports using any of the information that you have supplied and you select the style and look from the options available. If you are a medium to small size company this can be especially useful in providing you reporting capabilities that you may not have. For example, if you are a small distributor you can easily design a report that shows you what you received from whom, how many units you purchased from a company, who you sold your products to, how much volume you moved over a certain period and more….whatever information you have provided is the only limitation on the querie you can input into the system. This is a very valuable and useful tool that possibly more than one department in your company can utilize for different uses. Put in your parameters, view the report on your computer screen, make changes and adjustments as you view and print what you want. Although this feature is not generally needed by most midsize to large companies, this feature is included for all clients at no additional charge.
