Traceability Test Report -  This report is the review and analysis of a live test done in September 2009.  This utilized the FoodTRACE system tracing Roma Tomatoes as follows:

  1. From a grower in Mexico
  2. To a shipper/distributor in southern San Diego County, California
  3. To a supermarket retail distribution center in Arizona
  4. Finally to over 80 retail stores in 3 states from that distribution center
